We are WowVendor, an international online gaming services company operating since 2014. We help gamers achieve difficult accomplishments and in-game progress while saving many hours of their time. We are currently looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist who knows Mindbox, understands data, and can turn communications into sales. An interest in computer games would also be an advantage.

The role involves developing and implementing a CRM strategy, managing the customer lifecycle, and designing triggered, transactional, and regular communications for email, push, and Discord. You will create copy for email campaigns, web push notifications, Discord messages, advertising creatives, and landing pages. Additional responsibilities include segmenting the customer base, building personalized scenarios, conducting A/B tests, formulating hypotheses, evaluating their impact on business metrics, and analyzing funnels, customer behavior, and campaign performance. You will also develop retention mechanics and contribute to a loyalty program in the future, assign tasks for analytics, design, and development, and monitor competitors’ CRM communications and current marketing trends.

We expect at least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing, English proficiency at B2 level or higher, and skills in writing promotional copy and adapting it for different CRM channels. Candidates should have current gaming experience in World of Warcraft or other games from our catalog, as well as hands-on experience independently planning, launching, and developing CRM campaigns on a large customer base. A solid understanding of unit economics and key metrics is required. You should be able to work with segmentation, funnels, and analysis, confidently use Mindbox or other CRM/CDP platforms, conduct A/B tests with correct interpretation of results, work with analytics systems and spreadsheet tools, and connect communication results to business indicators.

Additional advantages include experience with AI tools for content work and process optimization, experience with gaming industry products or knowledge of MMORPG specifics and other popular titles, and experience implementing or migrating CRM/CDP platforms.
